I just couldn't resist running by CVS today to pick some deals up even though I didn't have alot of time. I had $2.00 in ExtraCare Bucks that was burning my pockets. Here is the lowdown on what I purchased today.
1st Transaction
(1) Aussie Moist Conditioner 13.5oz $2.49
(1) Aussie Hairspray 14oz $2.49
(1) Kotex U Tampons 18ct $3.49
(1) Papermate Write Bros Pens 10pk $1.99
Coupons Used:
(1) $1.00/1 Kotex tampons from 7/24 Smartsource
(1)$2.00 off any Shampoo, Conditioner, or Styler at CVS (this is from the coupon machine at the store, don't forget to scan your ExtraCare Card to get this great coupons)
(1) $2.00 ExtraCare Bucks (got this last week when I bought 2 Crest toothpastes)
(1) $3.00 off and Aussie or Herbal Styler when you purchase 1 Aussie or Herbal product (they adjusted my coupon down to $2.49 because of the sale to get 2 for $4.97)
Total before coupons: $10.46, Total after cpns and ExtraCare bucks before tax: $2.96, Then I received $1.99 in ExtraCare bucks for buying the Papermate pens and $2.00 in ExtraCare bucks for buying the Kotex U tampons.
Final total after cpns and ECB's=a profit of $1.03 moneymaker!
2nd Transaction
(2) 12 pack Diet Mtn Dew $2.50 each
Coupons Used:
(1) ExtraCare Buck worth $1.99 from purchasing Papermate Pens 10pk in 1st transaction
(1) ExtraCare Buck worth $2.00 from purchasing Kotex U tampons 18pk
Total before coupons $5.00, Total after ExtraCare bucks=$1.01
I only paid $3.97 before taxes out of pocket for $15.46 worth of product! That is a 74% savings!
