Update on this. I tried using the coupon from the July Coupon book but they said that it was for the pantiliners in the box not the ones that are on sale.

School Supplies Sale - you could possibly use some of your Register Rewards to pick these up  If they are out of stock on an item ask them if they have an item that can be substituted for the sale item. Every time this has happened to me Walgreen's has always let me substitute the sale item.
